- 应用使用数据：由于应用的“每日热门”及“猜你喜欢”等功能，我们会匿名记录您在应用内的阅读时长、书籍点击、加入书架操作等使用偏好（不与您的真实身份绑定）。
- 崩溃日志与诊断数据：当应用发生闪退时，系统会自动收集设备状态和崩溃发生位置的代码日志。
To ensure the normal operation of the App and provide a better reading and personalized recommendation experience, we may collect the following types of data during your use:
- Device and Network Information: Including device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (including Google Advertising ID / AAID), and network connection status.
- App Usage Data: For features like "Daily Hot" and "Guess You Like," we anonymously record your usage preferences within the App, such as reading duration, book clicks, and adding books to the bookshelf (not linked to your real identity).
- Crash Logs and Diagnostics Data: When the App crashes, the system automatically collects code logs of the device status and where the crash occurred.
2. 信息的用途 (How We Use Your Information)

The data we collect is solely used for the following core purposes:
- To maintain and optimize the core functions of the reader and record reading progress;
- For personalized matching in the advertising system and monetization data analysis (based on the Advertising ID);
- To fix crash bugs through crash analysis tools and improve App stability.
3. 第三方服务与数据共享 (Third-Party Services)

在使用期间，由于本应用接入了第三方商业组件以维持免费运营，您的数据（特别是设备广告标识符及匿名活跃数据）会被分享给以下具备严格数据保护协议的第三方合作伙伴：

During use, because this App integrates third-party commercial components to maintain free operations, your data (especially the device advertising identifier and anonymous active data) will be shared with the following third-party partners who have strict data protection agreements:
- Google Services: Google Play Services, Google AdMob & Google Mobile Ads, Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics.
- Other Ad Networks: AppLovin, Vungle, Pangle, UnityAds, etc. These networks only use non-sensitive or authorized device advertising identifiers to deliver ad content.
4. 数据安全与保留 (Data Security and Retention)
我们将所有收集到的使用习惯均作了匿名化处理。所有非必要的统计配置数据在云端均采用加密协议 (HTTPS) 传输。在此期间，我们会采取合理的技术措施防止数据泄露。当您连续超过规定期限尚未使用应用，或主动卸载，我们会在合理的周期内对关联的匿名日志进行清理覆盖。
We anonymize all collected usage habits. All non-essential statistical configuration data is transmitted to the cloud using encrypted protocols (HTTPS). During this period, we take reasonable technical measures to prevent data leakage. If you have not used the app for more than the specified period, or actively uninstall it, we will clean up and overwrite the associated anonymous logs within a reasonable cycle.
5. 免账户系统与数据删除权利 (No Account System and Data Deletion Rights)
本应用不设任何用户注册与登录系统，我们不收集也不保有您的真实姓名、电话号码或邮箱等能直接证明您身份的私人数据。
所有阅读记录及书架仅与您手机设备的匿名化标识绑定。根据 Google Play 数据安全政策的规定，如果您希望抹除您在此设备上积累的“阅读历史记录”、“加入书架的数据”以及“云端匿名设备配置档案”，您可以随时通过以下方式处理：
- 直接重置应用数据：在您设备的
[设置] > [应用] > [橘猫小说] 中点击“清除数据”。一旦清除，服务端将永远无法再次将旧的匿名记录与您的新设备关联。
- 联系开发者：您也可以发送邮件至

This application does NOT have a user registration or login system. We do not collect or retain any private data that can directly identify you, such as your real name, phone number, or email.
All reading history and bookshelves are only bound to the anonymized identifier of your mobile device. According to Google Play's Data Safety Policy, if you wish to erase your "Reading History", "Bookshelf Data", and "Cloud Anonymous Device Configuration Profiles" accumulated on this device, you can do so at any time by:
- Reset App Data Directly: Go to [Settings] > [Apps] > [Jumao Novel] on your device and click "Clear Data". Once cleared, the server will never be able to associate the old anonymous records with your new device usage.
- Contact Developer: You can send an email to
[email protected] to request manual cleanup of associated anonymous records.
6. 儿童隐私 (Children's Privacy)
本应用含有部分都市及玄幻小说内容，且含有广告变现组件，并不针对 13 岁（或某些司法管辖区的 16 岁）以下的儿童开发。我们不会故意收集儿童的个人敏感数据。如果您是未成年人，请在监护人陪同或指导下使用本程序，并在设备的广告设置中关闭定向广告功能。
This application contains some urban and fantasy novel content and includes ad monetization components, and is not developed for children under the age of 13 (or 16 in some jurisdictions). We do not intentionally collect personal sensitive data from children. If you are a minor, please use this program accompanied or guided by a guardian, and turn off targeted advertising in your device's ad settings.
